Privacy and cookies

This is a translation of our Turkish privacy notice under KVKK, Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law; the Turkish version prevails.

What data do we process?

This site has no ordering, payment, sign-up or contact form; no personal data such as your name, e-mail address or phone number is collected from visitors.

To understand how the site is used we keep anonymous counts without cookies: the page opened, whether the menu was reached through a QR code, the type of link clicked (e.g. “directions”), words searched in the menu and the number of results, language, device type (mobile/desktop) and only the domain of the address you came from. Your IP address, a browser fingerprint or any identifier that recognises you is not stored. To limit abuse, an irreversible hash of the IP address made with a secret key is kept for at most 2 days and is not linked to the counts. If “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” is on in your browser, not even these counts are made.

We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking for advertising.

The video on our story page is hosted on YouTube. Nothing connects to YouTube until you press play; when you do, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads and YouTube’s privacy policy applies from then on.

Cookies

No cookies are used for visitors. Only the staff admin panel uses one essential session cookie to keep staff signed in.

External links

Links to Google Maps, Yemeksepeti and Instagram take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply. Their embedded content is never loaded automatically on this site.

Retention and your rights

Anonymous count records are kept for at most 13 months. For requests about your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, please contact us on 0532 463 13 46.
